Since our industry has seriously suffered from the impact of this pandemic, we would like to give you a solid outlook for 2021: Promising you that we will honor volume agreements means that we will confirm bookings in at least 90 percent of the volumes for our mid- and long-term customers who do regular business with us. To reach this goal, we will improve our booking acceptance ratio and substantially enhance the stability of our shipping processes. You will benefit from a higher degree of certainty that planned volumes will be accepted. This will enable you to create more reliable forecasts in your day-to-day business, allow for more efficient planning, and result in significant cost savings.

Confidence in your cargo flow with us is crucial for both of us. Consequently, we offer you complete insight into on how we are delivering on our promises. Via our Quality Promise Customer Dashboard, launched in September 2020, you have full transparency on all data on your and our performance on our Quality Promises, including Volume Agreements Honored.
