AL5 Service (AL5) – NYK Delphinus 086W – Customer Advisory Update

Further to our Customer Advisory dated May 18, 2021 it has been confirmed that NYK Delphinus has safely berthed at Berth #22 in Oakland on May 17, 2021 at around 8 p.m.

The initial inspection of the vessel confirmed that the fire has been extinguished.

Unfortunately, there is presently no electricity provided to the reefers due to unavailability of power supply onboard.

Further investigations are ongoing to assess the extent of the damage while the Ship operating line (ONE) is in close contact with all relevant authorities. It is expected to take some time for further inspection and possible repairs before any cargo operations can be allowed.
