Whenever possible we kindly ask you to change your MTD type to Sea Waybill
In case you require an original bill of lading, we offer you following options:

  • Print your original bill of lading at the POD (destination print)
  • Pick up your original bill of lading at our counter
  • We deliver your original bill of lading by courier. “For this service we are expecting a slight delay during the delivery”
  • For using your courier service please send us your courier details / account
  • For using our courier service please note that service cost is subject to your location

Payment advice confirmation

  • Bank transfer / Bank deposit “Bank charges would be on your account”
  • Credit Card “Service available in Alexandria & Cairo offices and soon in Damietta & Port Said “No processing charges for payments through VISA card for EGP, for USD 3% charges would be on your account”
