Shipping to or from Colombia? There are inland haulage charges coming into effect (with the excepction of USA)

There is no easy way of saying this: we’re introducing a new Inland Haulage Congestion Surcharge in Colombia with effective date June 25, 2021 until further notice.

The implementation of OCS (On-carriage Congestion) and PCS (Pre-carriage Congestion) applies to all shipments from Colombia to all destinations with the exception of USA and US territories; and, for all cargo from all origins into Colombia with the exception of USA and US territories as an origin.

The total amount of surcharges is equivalent to 250% over the current Inland Haulage tariff for import and export cargo.
