Booking suspension from the World to Port Sudan

There are certain operational aspects beyond our control. On September 17, 2021, an unforeseeable civil unrest situation resulted in the suspension of port operations at the Port of Sudan, Sudan. With this situation, we regret to inform you that Hapag-Lloyd is stopping booking acceptance from all origins to Port Sudan, effective immediately.

Please know that we are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you informed about the developments. As soon as the situation improves and the port re-opens, the booking acceptance will be restarted.
