Shipping from Asia & Oceania to Red Sea? A PSS is coming up

A Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) is coming into effect from Asia & Oceania* to Red Sea*. The PSS is applicable to all sailings commencing on tariffing date January 1, 2024 and until further notice.

The details for this PSS are listed below:

  • 20' Dry Container: USD 500
  • 40' Dry Container: USD 1000
  • 40' High Cube Container: USD 1000
  • 20’ Reefer Container: USD 500
  • 40’ Reefer Container: USD 1000

For your reference, the geographical scope of this PSS is explained below:

From Asia & Oceania*: Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia, Papua New Guinea, Japan, Republic of Korea, China (PRC), Hong Kong (PRC), Macau (PRC), Taiwan (PRC), Brunei, Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Malaysia, The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
To *Red Sea: Egypt (Sokhna), Jordan, Saudi Arabia (Western Province), and Yemen.
