Galileo Now Available For eBL Users 

We’re happy to announce that Galileo by WiseTech is now fully integrated into our systems and available as an eBL provider.

In addition to our certified partners WaveBL and IQAX, you can now issue and manage electronic Bills of Lading via Galileo. This integration gives you greater flexibility in choosing the eBL provider that best fits your operational needs, while maintaining the same seamless workflows and compliance standards you’re used to.

The New On-Carriage Instuctions Landingpage is Live!

Hapag-Lloyd’s On-Carriage Instructions provides you with the possibility to enter all required information for a carriers haulage transport and submit accompanying documents.
Just insert your booking number – by following the easy-to-use form we will guide you through all the required information, enhancing your experience and self-service capabilities when shipping with Hapag-Lloyd!

Improving Your Booking Experience: Explore Even More Updates

We’ve introduced some more updates designed to make your workflow faster and easier. Equipment remarks are now standardized, booking duplication has been further optimized, and enhancements have been made to the Inland Export details (Multiple Addresses). These improvements – along with additional updates – help streamline the booking process further and reduce manual work.

New Filter and Search Functions and Seamless Quotation and Booking Journey

With the latest update of our Schedule solution you can not only look up schedules but enjoy a seamless and holistic flow. From now on you can get a quote for your selected route or directly book it without switching between different tools.  We have improved the search and filter options for you. You can now filter and look up direct connections, exclude or include specific services lanes from your results, search by (and edit) arrival/departure date, and sort your schedule results by cut-off dates.

Enhanced Import Overview

Improved Automated FMC Filing for Quotation Flow

After introducing the automated filing for Quick Quotes Spot, we have improved it even more and also enabled the fully automated filing flow for our entire Quotation journey. You can now upload the LoA directly online by entering either your Quotation or Booking number.

You can configure automated reports that are triggered once your container is discharged at the port of destination and receive them directly via email, exactly how you need them. Choose your preferred format (PDF or CSV), select temperature units, and let our system do the rest.

Departure Details: Now Available for Quotation

Thanks to the latest feature update you can now check your Departure Details and Cutoff Dates directly in our Quotation flow. Simply enter your routing details, click on "Departure Details" and select the details you would like to see. This gives you even more flexibility and security.
