Middle East - India - Africa - Express (MIAX)

  • There will be no WB Sailing from Jebel Ali, AE April 12th  2024 & no EB Sailing from Tema, GH on May 17th  2024
  • MV RIO GRANDE EXPRESS v2410E will change her Rotation to Tincan, NG > Apapa, NG > Tema, GH
Asia – West Africa Service (AWA)
  • No updates for this week

East Africa Service 2 (EA2)

  • There will be no SB Sailing from Nhava Sheva, IN April 24th  2024 & No EB Sailing from Mombasa, KE on May 09th  2024

Mediterranean – West Africa Express (MWX)

  • CMA CGM TOPAZ v.1BB7NS1MA / 1BB7ON1MA will omit Cotonou, BJ, and will change her rotation: Apapa, NG > Tincan, NG > Tema, GH
  • CMA CGM CHIWAN v. 1BB7JS1MA / 1BB7KN1MA will omit Cotonou, BJ, and will change her rotation: Apapa, NG > Tincan, NG > Tema, GH
  • MWX Service will be discontinued as from week 16. The below vessels will join the updated WAX service.
  • MV Algeciras Express v2417N will leave the service at Tanger Med, MA on May 06, 2024
  • MV Navios Dorado v2420N will leave the service at Tanger Med, MA on May 27, 2024

  • Service will become a standalone HL service with a new rotation: Antwerp, BE-> Le Havre, FR -> Lisbon, PT  -> Tanger Med, MA  -> Tema, GH -> Pointe Noire, CG  -> Luanda, AO -> Libreville, GB -> Antwerp, BE
  • MV Dachan Bay Exoress v.2417S will be the first vessel to start the new rotation MV Vancouver Star v.2416N will leave the service at Tanger Med, MA on April 29, 2024
  • MV Spartel Trader v.2414N will leave the service at Le Havre, FR on May 27, 2024
  • MV Eleni T v.2415N will leave the service at Le Havre, FR on June 06, 2024
  • MV Northern Power v.2416N will leave the service at Le Havre, FR on June 10, 2024

West Africa Express (WAX)

  • Service will become a standalone HL service with a new rotation: Tanger Med, MA -> Dakar, SN -> Apapa, NG -> Tincan, NG -> Cotonou, BJ -> Abidjan, CI -> Tema, GH -> Tanger Med, MA.
  • MV Vancouver Star v.2416N will join the service at Tanger Med, MA on April 29, 2024
  • MV Algeciras Express v.2417N will join the service at Tanger Med, MA on May 06, 2024

  • Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa - If you are placing bookings from countries located in the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa, online booking amendments will be implemented from August 15, 2022. We have transitioned to an all-digital booking amendment process, and with this step, all email and phone requests have been discontinued. This means that your booking amendments will be processed faster, and you will be able to manage them through our online tool available here. Thinking about your cargo planning, please know that once the amendment has been requested online, the processing time will be four (4) working hours. Please keep in mind that once you place your request, you will not have to send emails or make follow-up calls. 
  • Tanzania: from September 1, 2023, our booking cancellation timeline will be changing to 17 days
  • South Africa: from March 15, 2024, all  freight, local charges' invoices and pickup instructions will be managed via ODeX. From March 18, 2024 the last date for submission of pickup instructions will be 2 working days before vessel arrival - the pickup instructions' request must be submitted via ODeX.
  • For customer inquiries, kindly use email as your primary channel
  • For vessel/container/booking status and sailing schedules information, please visit our Online Business Suite
  • For Dangerous Goods Cargo terminal gate acceptance, please submit electronic copies of the Export Hazardous Declarations to upload in the DG bookings
  • For faster BL release at destination, please switch from OBL to SWB if possible. If you should require any assistance, please reach out to your customer service documentation team
  • We invite our customers to use our e-tools (Web-Booking and EASI) for submitting bookings and Shipping Instructions as well as our Hapag-Lloyd Navigator Dashboard to view all of your shipment information on one single screen
